What You Can Report

Through this platform, you may report all forms of irregularities, including:

• violations of laws, regulations, or internal procedures;
• unethical or unprofessional conduct;
• abuse of position or authority;
• corrupt practices and workplace irregularities;
• other forms of conduct that undermine the integrity of the defence system.

How to Report

A report may be submitted through the online “Ethics Line” system, which enables simple and secure delivery of information to the competent inspectors.

The system is available 24 hours a day and allows reporting from any location.

Anonymity and Protection

Reports may be submitted anonymously. The General Inspectorate ensures data confidentiality and protection of the reporter’s identity in accordance with applicable regulations.

Further Procedure

Upon receipt of a report, the competent inspectors review the allegations and undertake activities in accordance with their mandate and the applicable legal framework.
